Hollis has worked in the commercial real estate and construction management industry for  7 years.  Her expertise includes managing construction and development for all real estate types including mixed-use, retail, office, and multi-family.   She prides herself in being responsible for client-first driven solutions, strategic planning, schedule completion management, and budget solutions throughout the duration of each project.   Hollis has LEED AP and OSHA 30 hour certifications. 

Brandi Tyler

Property Management

Brandi Tyler has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 17 years and has experience managing all commercial product types, including CBD Class A high-rise, mid-rise, industrial, retail, research and development parks, campus settings, and single-user occupied buildings.

Brandi’s experience includes Property Management, Advisory Services, Tenant Satisfaction and Retention Programs, Operations Management, LEED-EBOM Certifications, Chairing National Committees, BOMA BEEP Trainer, Building Energy Star Programs, Property Transitions, Leasing Oversight as it relates to the asset management strategy.

Brandi has been consistently recognized by her peers and industry professionals and received the CBRE Real Estate Manager of the Year for several years as well as the Team Leader of the Year.
